Further to the shareholder update provided on 12th December 2016, the Ordinary Shareholders of the Company passed a unanimous Written Resolution to place the Company into liquidation on 28 December 2016 and appoint Mr Raymond Ashton of abt Advocates and Notaries Public to act as liquidator.
